In the case of the reversing of the reversing valve, it is generally caused by poor smoothness, stuck or damaged springs, oil stains or foreign matter stuck to the sliding parts. It is necessary to check the state of the lubricator and the lubricating oil. Viscosity, if necessary, can change lubricants or other parts.
After a long period of use, the reversing valve is prone to wear of the valve plug seal, valve stem and seat damage, resulting in gas leakage inside the valve. In this case, replace the seal, stem and seat, or replace the reversing valve directly. In order to reduce the failure rate of asphalt mixing equipment, it is necessary to strengthen maintenance.
